The article suggests the author's view on the components of the mechanism of the effect of sense of justice on the contents and implementation of law. The conclusion about the possibility of a static and dynamic perspective on the studied phenomenon, where a static aspect of an appropriate mechanism is presented by structural components of sense of justice (ideological, theoretical, emotional), and the dynamic aspect is described by processes that occur in the static components of the mechanism, between them and in the relationship with the surroundings, is drawn. Based on the experience of the study of human behavior and mechanisms of determination of various sciences the article defines the conceptual nature of the localization of mechanism of the effect of sense of justice on the matter and implementation of law in the whole scheme of human behavior, the reflection of the studied mechanism in the socio-legal reality and standards of human social behavior.
