The article considers the process of preparation and organization of measures to ensure the protection of public order and public safety at the World FIFA 2018 FIFA World Cup venues by the example of Volgograd. The analysis of materials of organizational character of state structures and power departments is given. The problems of ensuring the security of client groups, objects of the World Cup 2018 in Volgograd are differentially considered. In addition, the process of interaction between units, groups and orders of law enforcement agencies, the Federal Service for Troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation and others in the course of providing security guarantees at the World Cup 2018 facilities is being analyzed.
