Abstract:
The problems considered in the article reflect the main provisions of the correspond-ing developed author's concept. It directly concerns the field of forensic work of in-ternal affairs agencies, in which the circumstances of organized criminal activity aimed at planning (development) can be established, chemical production of dangerous synthetic psychoactive substances in drug laboratories. Such expert activity is carried out using new expert technologies developed using technical and forensic tools and methods. The evaluation of such substances as chemical weap-ons of mass destruction is addressed. The ways of introducing technologies devel-oped by forensic expert science into the practical activities of internal affairs bodies are considered.
