When the film material is punctured, all the signs of a classic film rupture are formed, but taking into account the specifics of the puncture. The rupture lines diverge from the center in the form of rays, have a pronounced tortuosity, the residual deformation reaches a maximum value at the puncture point and decreases towards the edges. Puncture on artificial leather occurs according to the mechanism of puncture of each of the materials included in its structure, but taking into account their mutual influence. We have not identified any differences or features of cut damage on clean film materials and artificial leather. As well as for woven materials, the incisions are slit-like straight or curved lines, with through damage there are surface incisions behind the end sections. Puncture and incision signs are displayed in the puncture-cut damages of film materials. Stab-cut injuries on artificial skin also reproduce the signs of stab and cut injuries in their combination. From the side of the butt on a woven basis, the free ends of the threads have different lengths, are thinned, have the appearance of "panicles", the fibers in them are at different levels, the threads are compacted. The incision looks like a straight line. The analysis of experimental data on the study of damage to the film materials of clothing allowed us to propose a methodology for their forensic investigation.
