Abstract:
The article deals with questions about the tactics of appointing a forensic handwriting examination in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The regulation of the action of the initiator of the examination is given: the definition of handwriting objects to be studied; selection of comparative materials; making a decision on the appointment of a forensic handwriting examination; issuance of a decision (determination); packing and sending materials to the contractor.
