ON THE MECHANISM AND CRIMINALISTIC PROPERTIES OF SEPARATE TYPES AND TYPES OF FOREIGN-LANGUAGE WRITING
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The article highlights the patterns of functioning and the main forensic properties of the written functional-dynamic complex of skills that are characteristic of certain types and types of foreign language writing. An opinion is expressed that the functioning of any written functional-dynamic complex, regardless of the specifics of its organization, is, in the psychophysiological aspect, a complex, self-regulating functional system of the human body. In its structure, an action program is formed, the content of which forms a mental image of the manuscript, represented, depending on the type and type of writing, by an original set of intellectual, speech, visual-motor (handwriting) elements. The main attention is paid to the formation and implementation of the hypothetical structure of the mental image of the manuscript, which is typical for pictographic, ideographic, hieroglyphic, alphabetic, mixed types of writing and their varieties. It is concluded that the structure of the functional system of writing, its originality, adaptive capabilities, establish the unity of the forensic properties of the written functional-dynamic complex, characteristic of certain types and types of writing. These include individuality, typological originality, dynamic stability, selective and temporal variability.
