The article presents the author's view on the correlation of the tasks of forensic biological examination, forensic soil examination, forensic environmental examination, and examination of wild flora and fauna objects. The article highlights the challenges of forensic examination of wild flora and fauna, including transportation and maintenance of wild animals at the examination site, the areas of expertise required to solve forensic tasks, and the classification of derivatives and other materials and products as objects of forensic examination of wild flora and fauna. A system of forensic biological examinations has been proposed, in which the examination of wild fauna is considered a type of forensic examination of animal-based objects, and the examination of wild flora is considered a type of forensic examination of plant-based objects. The article expresses an opinion on the specifics of conducting forensic examinations of wild animals and their derivatives.
