In clause results of research of competitive duels by rules of hand-to-hand fight are stated. On the basis of empirical data it is allocated three models of conducting duels (model with use бросковой, the shock and combined technics) and it is drawn a conclusion, that with increase of a level of the skill, predominating value is got with the combined technics. Therefore preparation in educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia should be carried out proceeding from the combined technics of conducting a duel, quantitative structure and sequence of technical actions — impacts by hands, legs, capture, a throw, deduction or painful reception.
