In the article the author makes an attempt of a complex theoretical legal analysis of matters related to forming an international legal mechanism of corruption counteraction in the context of solving problems of globalization and enhancing international law and order. Along with this, the author considers forms of international cooperation in the sphere of corruption counteraction according to the Russian Federation’s foreign policy objectives. At the same time the author raises questions of increasing of the Russia’s anticorruption policy efficiency according to international legal standards.
