The article is devoted to the problem of increasing significance of education and professional training quality in all types of educational institutions. To the full extent it applies to higher educational institutions within the system of the Ministry of Interior of Russia. Attention is being increasingly focused on methodical and information support of the educational process. Up-to-date information technologies and technical means of training (TMT) being actively integrated in the educational process of higher professional school have a high pedagogical value not only from the point of view of increasing quality of the educational process but also due to their possibility to change the structure of communication processes of training according to the requirements of public progress.
