Abstract (English):
The author determines possible influence of information technologies and, what is more important, information educational environment (IEE) on the quality of education. He emphasizes positive and negative aspects of their application in education and, as a result, concludes that information and communication technologies can offer ever increasing potential possibilities for developing various systems of education.
