Article deals with the examining of new ways of using the results of the detective activity. The tendencies of the legislative regulation of the using sphere of the detective results. The outcomes of the latest changes in the Federal Law «On detective activity» are presented in the paper. The comparative analyses of the proper norms in the detective legislation and other law acts regulating adjoin relations governed by law are studied in the article. Using the results criminal and detective procedures and based on the personal discussing matters, the author determines three extra branches: by taking administrative decision; by performing the certain authority of the tax organs; in the frames of arbitrage trial.
