Abstract (English):
The article focuses on the tool crib opportunities of local net as a studying object and a way of teaching information subjects at the higher educational establishment. The methodological potencies and local net functions are defined. The author proposes variants of net administering and examples of required software in different educational situations. The main functions of the local net are: order regulation in information exchange; differentiated access to information resources; structuring common educational information resources; remote control of educational activity. The special attention is paid to mechanism of administering educational process - access differentiating to the net resources. The author distinguishes three types of access applying in educational process, also the mechanism and spheres of access are revealed. Relations between process of access differentiating and strict storage structure are underlined as an efficient system of managing the local net work.
