Abstract (English):
This paper a procedure for the provision of free legal assistance to citizens in the framework of legal clinics on the basis of higher education institutions of Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia. It reveals the main problems that arise when organizations work with a specific activity of educational institutions of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia. Reveals a mismatch between the complex legal rules governing relations in the conditions of service in bodies of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and norms setting out the General principles of the functioning and organization of work in legal clinics at universities. The algorithm of work of the legal clinic. The necessity of bringing to a specified activity of students with the intent of developing and consolidating them practical skills and professional skills. Given, the author's definition of legal clinic.
