Abstract (English):
The article reveals the investigative action plan: examination, confrontation, evidence checking at scene, submission for identification, investigative experiment with present of non-adult victim and witness in light of changes in the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation by the Federal Law of 28.12.2013 № 432 - FZ «On Introducing Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in order to improve the rights of victims in criminal proceedings». The investigative proceedings are analyzed at the stages of preliminary investigation and during the examination. The author points out the problems in criminal procedure legislation that regulates the participation of non-adult victim and witness in certain investigatory actions, and offers a solution by introduction of amendments to Articles 191, 280, of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. Articles of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation are analyzed not only as a proper way of regulation of participation of non-adult victim and witness in certain investigatory actions but as a grammar norm as well.
