TOPICAL ISSUES OF USING THE OPPORTUNITIES OF THE POLYGRAPH IN THE DISCLOSURE OF INTENTIONAL HOMICIDE

Abstract (English):
The paper concerns the use of polygraph operational units, the possibility of finding new evidence through the production of psycho physiological research in the form of expert opinion or specialist, obtaining additional information about the crime, the time and place of Commission of crimes, the establishment of the persons involved in the Commission, and other facts that contribute to the internal Affairs officers in solving crimes. The peculiarity of this investigative measures in providing this psychological effect on the persons questioned when presenting the survey results of the polygraph in conjunction with other available investigation evidence, encourage a confession. The result of the selection of reasonable and necessary questions to the person being interviewed can become not only an opportunity to obtain confessions, and identification of additional circumstances, significantly expanding the evidence base, namely: the establishment of evidence, the finding of the corpse. Examples obtained using the polygraph information was one of the circumstances relevant procedural importances for the criminal case until not so many, but their number increases. The effectiveness of the use of lie detector, unconditional. The investigator is authorized to direct the investigation and make decisions about the performance of investigative and other procedural actions. With adequate crime prevention is improving and the ways of searching for evidence, and giving them (permissible methods) hard voidable procedural significance.
