In this article the author, according to his opinion, contemplates two main problems in computer information crimes investigation: 1) the necessity of additional training for specialists in computer information crimes investigation; 2) spreading of traditional crimes against property in information environment. The author reasonably stressed upon the problem of inaccuracy of concepts and terminology when investigating computer information crimes. Moreover, in this article the author writes about forensic science controversial question regarding the developing of private forensic methods on mobile telecommunications system crimes investigation and detection. It is mentioned the difficulty in detection, fixation and withdrawal of computer information when conducting investigation activities. It is also brought up an issue on absence of already developed methods of computer expert examination and lack of highly qualified specialists. By means of this article the author suggested his own method for ways of cyber crime commission determination. There are given practical advice on certain cases investigative proceedings.
