Practice actions of diverse services by internal affair officers are inseparable from using firearm. This calls for maximum responsibility from every officer for its preservation, as well as for scrupulous compliance with the provisions of the articles of the Federal law ‘On police’, so far as it relates to the use of firearm, and departmental normative acts that regulate the keeping, recording, issue and preservation of weapons and ammunition. Every officer receives basic theory skills on the safety measures, components of firearm, conditions, and its operational procedures from the moment of entering the duty under the supervision of their advisor. Detailed knowledge and consistent skills of handling the firearm are gained through firearms training sessions at the initial training. Upon the completion of the initial training an internal affairs officer is prepared for the performance of duties in the conditions that call for use of physical force, special tools, and firearm.
