Recently in mass media doesn't lose the relevance a question of teenage crime. This circumstance is undoubtedly caused by desire to reduce her growth, and also need of development of complex preventive measures of the minors directed to counteraction of crime. Taking into account the developed economic and social situation in the country, structures and loudspeakers of crime of minors, and also specifics of the crimes committed by minors for which him sentence in the form of imprisonment with serving in an educational colony in article is imposed, the question of a role of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation in the prevention of the presented type of crime is considered. The importance of activity of law enforcement agencies of the minors who are engaged in the prevention of crime, and also divisions of the crimes which are carrying out investigation with participation of minors is proved. Based on research and considering specifics of crime of minors, the concrete complex of preventive actions for divisions for minor law-enforcement bodies and investigative divisions of law-enforcement bodies regarding the prevention of crime of minors is offered.
