In the legal science there exists a variety of approaches to understanding the law system’s objectivity which differs from its traditional interpretation in the Russian legal science. Social objectivism by E. Durkheim, G. Spencer, O. Conte and others is meant to justify axiological neutrality of the meta-language and starts from relative objectivity of the positive law what doesn’t make it possible to believe that the given law is more objective than legislation. Weber considered objectivity of law in streamlining of both legislation and practical application of legal norms what doesn’t make it possible to assume that the system of law is more objective than legislation. Objectivity of law as existence of the most appropriate axiological answer in it (R. Dworkin) as well as existence of such an answer in general (E. V. Bulygin) makes it impossible to distinguish law and legislation by the degree of expression of objectivity features. The opportunity to formulate an objectively true statement about the system of law belongs to the meta-language (the science), but not to the object language (the law).
