Currently, the modern approach to improve the level of professional duties of police officers implementation, is a study of professional activities effectiveness in the context of readiness categories, regarded from the standpoint of system, personality and activity approaches. In this sense the readiness of the activities is characterized as a complex education, including a system of professionally important qualities and mental states, together contributing to rapid adaptation of the employee to a professional environment, the success of the professional activity and the defining focus of his professional and personal growth. The article discusses a professional graphic model of internal bodies specialist, which includes legal, socio-communicative, and psycho-physical a special component of readiness for effective professional activity. The model of the specialist is represented by three components: the model of a specialist-oriented study of professional functions, working conditions, necessary knowledge and skills, professionally important qualities, models of training, which offers specific requirements for training in educational institutions, as well as a model of professional identity (professional competencies and professionally important qualities).
