The author of the given article analyzes a new type of crimes referred to the chiefs of the local interior bodies departments that is simulation of violent grave crimes (felonies) to disguise an attack on life and health of police officers taking into account their professional activities as well as their relatives. At present since there are no special operative-detective units to fight against organized crime and both criminal legislation and criminal procedural one are not perfect the mentioned punishable offences are investigated according to the standard schemes of common crimes. The real crime target, that is to say revenge for professional activity of a police officer, either is not proved in court or eliminated at the preliminary investigation stage because of a weak evidence basis. As a result real crime organizers are said to be unpunished. This problem can be solved either by means of an organizational way - to reform (reestablish) the units oriented to fight against organized crime, or by means of a criminal law way - to make equal the chiefs of the local interior bodies departments and public officials. And it is operative and investigative departments of the Federal Security Service of Russia that are to investigative such crimes because they are more qualified while detecting and investigating the mentioned above crimes. Investigating such disguised crimes should be relied not on the traditional crime investigation schemes referred to law enforcement officers but on the scientific researches of the technique of organized crime investigation as well as on the technique of investigation of an attack on a public official life committed either to stop his state or other political activity or to revenge for his professional activity.
