The article discusses modern methods of document production without its pre-printing on paper. The main focus is on the execution of the manuscript using graphical devices – tablets, touchscreens of mobile devices, laptops. The mechanism of applying handwritten notation using a stylus is described, and the classification of styluses is given. Based on the experimental studies conducted by the author, it is concluded that the styluses of some manufacturers allow you to vary the width of strokes when performing flexion and extensor movements, and depends on the settings of the software controlled by the tablet and the stylus. The article presents programs that work in online mode, allowing you to personally execute signatures or short notes in the absence of special technical devices, as well as signs performed using them. Attention is drawn to the fact that using the SignWell program allows both creating original documents and signing a ready-made pdf document, including forged ones, since the algorithm for their creation is the same, which determines the search for ways of expert research to differentiate them. Based on the results of the experimental studies conducted by the author, it is concluded that a comprehensive study of such objects is necessary using special knowledge of technical and forensic examination of documents, forensic handwriting examination and computer-technical (computer) expertise.
