Abstract:
The article discusses the problems of introducing methodological support for forensic handwriting examination into practice and analyzes the special procedures used for this. An opinion is expressed about the absence of a unified approach in this area of forensic handwriting, which indicates the need for further development of the general mechanism for introducing methodological developments into practice. The main attention is paid to the procedures of approbation, validation, passporting, certification, standardization of methodological support for forensic handwriting examination. The main provisions that reveal the essence of these actions are considered. It is concluded that knowledge about the introduction into practice of methods and techniques of forensic handwriting examination is of great scientific and practical importance, since on its basis conditions are created for the further development of the methodological potential of forensic handwriting.
