Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
Each type of professional activity in its development comes to the need to ensure a uniform approach, both to the activity itself, to the entities that carry it out, and to its normative regulation. Currently, there is a formation of a single professional community of forensic experts, which still exists in isolation, without a single theoretical, methodological and regulatory framework. Further scientific research is required, including the use of the rich experience accumulated by forensic expertology on the organization of forensic activities. The author offers own vision of the organization of the community of forensic experts. It is proposed based on an expertology approach, considering the existing experience in the formation of the legal community, the association of forensic experts into chambers - regionals (according to the subject principle) and federal, uniting all chambers of subjects. The article presents structural permanent elements of the Federal Chamber of Forensic Experts and regional chambers.
