This is primarily due to the interest in the internal and external man's content as a subject of various legal relations. A police officer who does not have skills of wield firearms can not fulfil the qualification requirements, due to the inability to counteract the criminal world. Proceeding from the experience of teaching fire training, teachers' skills become more rich and practical saturated, however problems in learning and assimilation of the theoretical and practical features are not without some faults. This is first of all connect with the following factors: mental factors (aesthetic aspect, psychological and epistemological); physiological factors. Physiological factors include the level of physical fitness and body features, who is trained on the impact of the environment in the shooting process. It is possible that it will be difficult for the teacher in the learning process to identify and correctly identify the causes of certain mental or physiological circumstances that will hinder the process of mastering rules of the firing of firearms by persons who will study. The teacher must accurately identify the nature of the impediments and involve experts from the relevant field to jointly develop the right techniques to eradicate possible difficulties.
