Abstract (English):
On the basis of the investigative and judicial practice studied, some issues of appointment of forensic expertise in the investigation of Nazi rehabilitation are considered. It is concluded that in the investigation of these crimes forensic psychological-psychiatric, linguistic (including psychological-linguistic) and computer-technical examinations are most often appointed; in some cases forensic historical-linguistic, portrait, phototechnical, historical and political science examinations are conducted. The article considers the peculiarities of appointed forensic examinations. Particular attention is paid to the forensic historical and political science expertise appointed in some cases. The author argues that in the production of forensic political science (as well as historical) expertise it is necessary to clarify methodological approaches and strive to create their expert methods. Examples of judicial practice confirming the thesis that the investigation of the rehabilitation of Nazism is never without the appointment of forensic examinations, which are one of the highly effective forms of using specialized knowledge to establish the circumstances of the crime are given
