CONTINUATION OF SCIENTIFIC THOUGHT ON FORENSIC BIOLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS: VETERINARY EXAMINATION

Abstract:
Despite the fact that biology is a system of life sciences that unites many branches of knowledge, the number of which is constantly replenished with new ones, the author of the article believes that objects of biological origin should be classified based on the structure of biological science as follows: botanical, zoological, tissues and human excretions. This article develops scientific approaches on the essence of forensic examinations on the study of objects of biological origin, considered earlier in one of the publications1. The author considered the use of special knowledge in the investigation of crimes committed in the field of ecology, in the form of a forensic biological examination, with the help of which very important circumstances of the crime event are established. The article presents a generic classification of forensic biological examinations, which, as it seems to the author, reflects the essence of biological science, allows you to combine knowledge in this area and, at the same time, distinguish between forensic examinations studying living organisms. Separately studied issues related to the subject, objects and tasks of forensic veterinary examination. In support of theoretical provisions, examples of judicial practice are given.
